Hi! I'm Heather. I've been in the mortgage industry for over a decade. I've worked in Retail, Bank, Correspondent, and Broker settings and have processed Conventional, Government, Non-QM, and Portfolio loans. As a Loan Processor, the thing I'm most passionate about is the borrower experience. I keep up to date on guidelines and use that knowledge to ensure that the home loan process goes as smoothly as possible for our clients.
